The wonderful basket is embroidered with “Women and Water Coming Together” and a Sun with waves. It is crafted with turquoise wave print cotton fabric with a turquoise and white striped cotton fabric rim. It also has a cowrie shell and white leather strips on each side of the handle. It feels like it has 4 layers, interfacing for strength, batting for softness and cotton fabric on both, the interior, and exterior.
